Villa Pantarei has been reconstructed and brought up to date with all modern technology and comfort whilst retaining the historic characteristics and the original materials. Villa Pantarei is a small “Borgo” or Hamlet, composed of two separate buildings located just a few meters from each other. The century old stone villa was originally a defense lookout point looking out over the valley and the main attraction of the property is a medieval tower where there is an amazing 360-degree unending view. Imagine how relaxing it could be to look at the night sky between the hearth and olive trees or wake up in a cool bedroom with a high ceiling, open the curtains and drink from the window the view of the rolling countryside and woods.

Ground Floor

Inside the villa in a perfect balance between rustic and modern, it unites the size of a stately home with an elegant and chic style. Completely surrounded with splendid views over the countryside, the villa at the ground floor has well-equipped gym and a wellness area with hydromassage and sauna where you can relax and spoil yourself. Kitchen. ) A patio with BBQ, pizza oven and “al fresco” dining area Two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

First Floor

Within the property there are archway, vaulted ceilings, irregular stone walls and large windows witch give light and views onto the surrounding hills and give witness to the century old development aim an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.  In the left building of the villa there is the completely equipped professional kitchen (4 fire gas stove, electric plate with 2 fires ) and a lounge room with two sofas, fire place, dining table. Each house has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.     

Tower Unit

The inside of the tower has been reconstructed and set up as a wine bar where the guests can relax with a drink while enjoying the magnificent countryside.

The 360 degrees views are magnificent and there are a great number of places in the garden from which to admire them. There is a shaded pergola furnished with big dining table, BBQ and pizza oven, the gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by padded chairs sunbeds and children’s games and the delightful gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast in peace and quiet.
