This luxury Villa is located a few kilometers away from Marsala city and within easy reach from the beach. The location is combining the quiet of the countryside with the comfort of staying near the city and looking to the sea. Marsala area is rich of authentic landscapes. First of all, many sandy beaches are easy reachable from the Villa; other spots, such as Monte Cofano, the Stagnone Lagoon reserve which is very appreciated for the natural landscapes can reached in few minutes by car. This location is also appreciated from guests who love playing kite surfing. The city of Marsala itself is one of the main attractions in the area and in a short drive you will be able to reach also the area of Agrigento and Trapani. Ideal to plan day trips to Favignana and the other Aegadian islands, thanks to the ferries that depart from Marsala and Trapani.

The villa is based on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Villa Marsala has a large and elegant garden with private saltwater pool with infinity edge. The outdoor area includes the wide garden, 2 panoramic terraces completely furnished to serve as dining areas, a veranda with dining area and BBQ and a private parking spot. The pool features hydromassage and a solarium area furnished with sun loungers, bean-bag chairs and parasols. From the garden you can enjoy a stunning panorama, from inside too thanks to the large glass windows. The interior design has a minimalist style. On the first floor you will find one of the bedrooms, a double with A/C and flat TV, plus a bathroom featuring hydromassage shower. The room also gives the access to the panoramic terrace. On the lower ground floor you will find the living area with flat TV/Netflix, featuring with a panoramic view, also offering a dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.  The ground floor hosts 4 bedrooms, all provided with bathrooms en suite, air conditioners and flat TV.  Two of the bedrooms feature also single sofa-beds for extra guests. The Villa is pet friendly.
