Villa Linda has been recently renovated, and is comprised of 3 floors accessible by either the stairway or lift. It also offers a large terrace which overlooks the magnificent Bay of Naples. This stylish property is hosts 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, panoramic terrace, garden, swimming pool with solarium, wood burning oven and barbeque. The entrance level includes a spacious lounge area complete with a fireplace and spacious terrace with sea views over the Gulf of Naples and the island and Capri. On the same level , there is a double room (an extra bed can be placed) with sea view and a private bathroom Going down one level by private lift or stairway there is a floor which comprises of 3 bedrooms (an extra bed can be placed in 2) with terrace and sea view. All of the rooms are furnished in traditional warm colors and bright ceramic floor tiles. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and there are other two bathrooms located on this floor. The ground level, which can be reached by private lift or stairway opens on a large living area with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen, bathroom and direct access to a terrace with sun loungers and barbeque and wood burning oven. From here there is access to a private garden with a swimming pool and sunbathing area. The closest beach is located at 100mt from the villa. Here you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and has to be reserved and paid directly on the spot. From the beach in 10 mins it is possible to get to Massalubrense port with restaurants, bars and possibility to embark to the islands (Capri and Ischia) as well as the Amalfi Coast.

Swimming Pool

Villa Linda offers a beautiful new swimming pool overlooking the sea, with a hydro massage corner and an waterfall shower for massaging the cervical vertebra. The pool is surrounded by solarium area with sun beds and large mattresses for sunbathing.
