The property is composed of the Main House offering 4 bedrooms and the Guest House with addition bedroom with en suite bathroom, a small living area and a kitchenette.

Upon entrance to the main villa you will find yourself in a specious hall with antique pieces of art including marble statue and vases. The hall leads to the living room which is divided (by large sliding doors) into living and dining areas, elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, marble lamps, large Flat screen TV and a beautiful white piano available to the villa guests. The dining room has a large wooden dining table seating a large group of guests. Both areas boast sliding panoramic doors with a direct access to the covered patio and garden. In the patio area, comfortably furnished with tables, chairs and two fans, the guests of the villa can enjoy either breakfast, main meal or Apéritif.

A fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge with icemaker and a large table has a direct access to the garden where Pizza oven and BBQ areas are at guests’ disposal. A half bathroom with a marble sink completes this area.

The sleeping area is also located on the ground floor offering four comfortable bedrooms all with direct terrace access:

• 1 master bedroom with a garden access through the sliding doors – spacious ante-room and bathroom;
• 1 twin bedroom (convertible into king size) can be accessed through the ante-room with a large wardrobe and bathroom with a shower; 1 spacious bathroom with a double sink and a shower;
• 1 double bedroom with a garden access, a large wardrobe with sliding doors, a wooden desk and two side tables with a beautiful marble lamps;

This room shares a bathroom with a shower with one more twin bedroom (convertible into double) located just nearby and offering the garden access, a large wardrobe and bed side tables with marble lamps. Satellite TV and air conditioning throughout the property ensure a pleasant stay at Villa Le Terme. There are 2 magnificent swimming pools located amongst the beautiful gardens — a large salt-water pool and a thermal one. Inside the house, there is a small, well-equipped gym, a jacuzzi with thermal water, a sauna and a solarium at guests disposal.
