The living area consists of living room and dining room, with elegant, original Venetian floors and historical fireplaces. There is also a piano and a billiard room. From the living rooms and the kitchen, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the southern part of Lake Garda. The villa has 4 double bedrooms, all recently renewed. All with TV and private bathroom, offering room for 8 adults. Two bedrooms have terrace and lake view. In the outside area, you will find the heated Jacuzzi, that can accommodate 6 to 8 people, or in the swimming pool above ground, all the while taking in the spectacular lake view the position offers. The patio is about 80 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the patio you will have a view of the garden and swimming pool.
