The Villa consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a large pantry, a living room and a bathroom. The kitchen leads to an outdoor area where there is a barbecue and a large fireplace for cooking on the grill. On the first floor there are a master bedroom with balcony and en suite bathroom , two bedrooms with two single beds with the possibility of being united in double beds, a living room with sofa bed that can be converted into a fourth bedroom, and a bathroom.

Exterior

A large landscaped garden with flowers and vases of lemon trees surrounds the swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers, the lounge areas with sofas and the dining area furnished with a large table and chairs to comfortably eat outside.

Rules of the property

• Minimum stay: 4 nights – Weeks with arrival preferably on Saturday
• Check-in time: from 4pm to 8pm
• Check-out time: from 8am to 10am
• Guests must promptly communicate their arrival time
• Pets are not allowed
• It is not possible to organize parties and happenings
• A security deposit of € 700.00 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival (mandatory)
