Ground floor

Entrance into a dining room with seating for up to 16 guests with a large working fireplace. This area leads to the living rooms on the right, the kitchen to left, and a second dining area through a set of French doors. The first living room also boasts a fireplace and is comfortably furnished with armchairs, a sofa and Satellite TV.  The living room is connected to a sitting area with a collection of board games and several sofas that offer plenty of seats for those who want to relax, nap, or read.  The second dining area, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon coffe and tea break, offers direct access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen enjoys a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, microwave, kettle, teapot, juicer, refrigerator, icemaker, toaster, American coffee machine, microwave oven, 5-burner gas stove, 5-burner electric stove, and 2 ovens. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and is perfect for anyone who prefers not to take the stairs.  The bedroom is furnished with a baldachin double bed, an antique desk, chaise lounge chair and a mirror. The en-suite bathroom (with shower) can be accessed through a walk in closet with direct garden access. A small area with a safe and a ½ bathroom complete this floor.

First floor

18 steps lead you to the first floor where most of the bedrooms are located. The six bedrooms are all situated along a corridor and are equipped with an antique desk, a chair, and wonderful views from the window.  All bedrooms are similar in style and all are furnished with antique pieces such as tables, closets, desks, and dressers. There are en-suite bathrooms in all of the bedrooms with Ortigia kits and dryers for guests. All bedrooms are tiled with orignal cotto ceramics and boast high ceilings. The first bedroom enjoys pleasant green tones and is particularly luminous thanks to three large and panoramic windows. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, a marble sink, and a window. The second bedroom is a twin and offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower with a small window, marble sink, and a large mirror. The third bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, antique furniture, and a marble table with a small sofa. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and overhead shower. The fourth bedroom is done in blue tones and offers a king bed, an antique mirror, an armchair with two desks, and a panoramic window. The en-suite bathroom enjoys a marble sink and a large shower. The fifth bedroom is a twin that can be converted into a king size on request. The bedroom offers two windows and an en-suite bathroom complete with spacious marble shower and sink.  The sixth bedroom is also a double bed with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, marble sink, mirror and panoramic window. There is a fully equipped laundry room with two dryers and two washing machines for use by the staff.

Second Floor

The last double bedroom can be accessed by a staircase of 19 steps. It is a bit smaller in size in comparion to the others, but very cosy. Its en-suite bathroom with a window boasts a large shower and a marble sink complete with a large mirror.

Third Floor (The Tower)

A flight of 14 further steps will bring you to the panoramic 360° view called il Belvedere: this sitting area, offering breathtaking views over the Florence countryside, is just perfect for an afternoon relaxing or an aperitif. This area is furnished with comfortbale sofas and a TV.

External Areas

The property enjoys a very large garden filled with antique statues, a variety of trees and flowers and plenty of breathtaking views from each corner. There is a grass tennis court, a bocce court, and a heated pool with a varity of sun & lounge chairs all immerced in the surrounding greenery. There is a covered outdoor gazebo for al fresco dining comfortably seating all villa guests;  its views and aura makes the atmosphere just magic.  There are also a variety of sitting areas and a small vegetable garden at guests’ disposal.
