Villa La Rotonda is a charming and bright three-story villa, enjoying spectacular views over the sea, the Nerano Bay and Mount San Costanzo. The property is representative of Mediterranean architecture and situated to provide the best views of the surrounding environment. It features a private swimming pool, panoramic three private terraces with a view of the sea, equipped with all comforts and facilities: TV, hair dryer, free WIFI, satellite TV, AC, heating.  Villa La Rotonda is only 1 km away from the beach and is easily reachable on foot, that we suggest trying a boat trip to: Capri and Ischia Island, the charming beaches along the marine natural reserve park. There is an elevator inside the villa, which will take you to all the levels, as well as wheelchair access on the main terrace.

Ground Floor

On this level, you will find a full bar and lounge with a large flat-screen satellite television and a home theatre CD player with IPod dock station and comfortable sofas. Elegant large living room equipped with a dining table that can accommodate 22 guests, through a double-glazed French door, you are able to access at the second terrace. The room also has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. On the ground floor, you will find a professional kitchen: it is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee maker, an American-style coffee maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Two double bedrooms with sea views and en suite bathroom with shower, 1 half bath and a laundry room.

Middle floor and entrance to the villa

The entrance opens onto an elegant studio – living room with access to the first large terrace. The middle floor consists of three double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with 2 more beds (bunk bed) with en suite bathroom with shower. Please note: 3 of the 4 bedrooms have a sea view and access to the main terrace.

First Floor

The first floor, up 20 steps from the middle floor and main entrance hall, consists of four bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower (3 rooms with access to the small third terrace and sea view).

The Main Terrace

The main terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas; near the Terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and BQ.

The swimming pool

The private pool is for the exclusive use of the guests, is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long; the pool area is equipped with chairs and sun loungers. You will reach the pool from the main terrace going up an external stairway, which consist of approximately 25 steps. Distance: 13 km from Sorrento, 18 from Positano, and 65 from Naples.

The rental price includes
