Villa Gaia is located in the lovely seaside resort of Orbetello in the Maremma area, just 5 km from two beach clubs with bar and restaurant. Surrounded by vineyards and fields, it is located in southern Tuscany, behind the promontory of Monte Argentario, between Porto Ercole and the ancient fortification of the medieval Tower of Talamone, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, 5 km from the wonderful crystal clear sea. You can also reach the nearby Natural Regional Park of Maremma (14 km), uncontaminated heaven of many animal kind, characterised by a rich landscape of woods and frequent spots. For wellness lovers, there are several spas such as Sorano (53 km) and Saturnia (45 km) with its sulphurous water at 37° C. The villa (750 sqm), set on 2 floors, is elegantly furnished with antique furniture merging together with modern technology. It can accommodate up to 14 people for a total of 7 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. You will be roughly 15 km (9.3 miles) from Orbetello, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Gaia walking past a main entrance gate and without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa La Gaia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Ground floor

This floor, having direct access to the garden, consists of three bright and spacious living rooms, furnished with comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV and bookshelves. Following a supplied library, a study and a dining room with a long imperial table for 14 people. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and modern appliances (5 burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, American coffee machine, Italian espresso/cappuccino coffee machine, ice maker, robot, dishwasher, freezer and fridge). There is also a special table for and with iron and a wash/dry machine. The sleeping area is made up of 2 large double bedrooms with Ensuite bathrooms (both with bathtub and shower). A guest bathroom, a storage room and a laundry area (equipped with 1 washing machine, 2 dryers and 2 stretch linen) make the rest of the floor. The ground floor and the dining room are provided with air conditioning.

First floor

The top floor, reachable via an internal staircase (19 steps), is formed by 4 beautiful double bedrooms with Ensuite bathrooms (all equipped with shower and bathtub), 1 standard double bedroom with Ensuite bathroom (with shower). Each double bedroom is provided with mini fridge, television, air conditioning, heating, summer and/or winter linen, soft towels, toiletries and hairdryer. Included free Wi-fi (throughout the villa) and air conditioning (in the ground floor, in the dining room and in the bedrooms). All windows are provided with mosquito screens. Small pets are allowed on request.

Garden

The garden is 22000 square meters (237000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by elegant trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. From the garden, you will enjoy a broad view of the Tuscan countryside.

Swimming Pool

The property, which is accessed through a lovely tree-lined avenue, is surrounded by a large and well-kept park that stretches over 20,000 sqm, among olive and pomegranate-trees, old cork trees and Italian gardens. The outdoor area is enhanced by an open-air solarium and a delightful swimming pool (14.50 x 5 m), equipped with sunbeds and parasols.Access & Parking To stay at Villa Gaia, you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate (up to 10 cars).
