PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

The luxury villa of 2000 square meters spread over 5 floors with lift in Carrara marble, has a highly personalized service and a large private garden. The completely renovated villa has 7 bedrooms, 4 elegant double bedrooms, 2 twins and a magnificent presidential suite. An elegant one dining area, private spa with sauna, Turkish bath, treatments room for two and state-of-the-art gym. All the furnishings are made in Italy, elegant in contemporary steles that complement the Liberty style of the historic building. You also have a 24-hour butler service, and have privileged access to the world-class thermal baths of Palazzo Fiuggi and its medical facilities. Guests can decide to undergo treatments directly in the villa with one of our therapists, or to undergo massages directly at Palazzo Fiuggi. (the distance from the Villa to Palazzo Fiuggi is about 3/4 minutes on foot or in about 1 minute with the available golf car; it is also a path inside the property).

Top floor: master suite with another living room closes the structure.

Second & Third Floor: Then follow two twin floors with 3 bedrooms on each floor, a smaller central one and two larger ones on the sides.

First Floor:Going up one floor you reach the living floor, then a large sitting room, a dining room and kitchen. Even for the kitchen, as well as for treatments, guests can decide to cook appropriately, to have their own private chef.

Ground Floor: The ground floor, that of the main entrance, has a small spa with sauna and Turkish bath and a cabin for treatments, on this floor there is also a small gym and a cellar.
