PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 

The property is eye-catching with it’s pale pink color palate and clean lines.  The Villa was built in the 1950’s by a famous Italian architect and highlights the fascinating landscape. 

Ground floor:

The ground floor is comfortable and reachable form the parking area. It consists in a large living area with sofas and Satellite TV. There is also a large dining room with bar corner and a bathroom. 

On the terrace at the ground level there is an area with tables, chairs and a wooden oven where you can enjoy making your own pizza.

First floor:

A terrace with Jacuzzi leads to the gym, which is an independent unit complete with sauna.

Also, on this floor you have 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, air conditioning & heating, TV, wireless Internet and a safe box.

Second floor: 

The master bedroom with a private terrace. This floor also offers laundry facilities.

Meeting Room:

The Villa does have a meeting room which can accommodate 50/60 persons. The hall is 150 sqm., It is equipped of: audio System, desk for speakers, reading and chairs. It also has a private toilet for the attendant.

Swimming Pool:

On the lower terrace, there is a swimming pool with indoor whirlpool, a large solarium with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs, an outdoor shower and a dressing room with a small bathroom.

Access & Parking:

The Villa provides its guests with private parking which can accommodate a maximum of 20/30 cars.
