PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa de Marmi is a stunning villa just 30 meters from the sea on the glamourous Tuscan coastline of Forte dei Marmi. Built in a classical style, this grand house sits in the heart of town, ideally located for a bike ride along the beach or a splurge in the abundance of designer boutiques.   What sets a stay at Villa de Marmi apart from any other is its own private stretch of beach. On a coastline where sun beds are like gold dust, staying at the villa allows you to stroll to your private part of the sandy beach whenever you wish, without the worry of a reservation. Complete with a dozen sun-shaded patio chairs, a 24 sqm swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi on the beach, you can soak up the joyous atmosphere in ultimate style, and with restaurants and bars dotted along the beach, you won’t have to wander far for a spot of lunch, where the catch of the day will be sure to not disappoint.

• Bedroom 5: King double with sea view, bathroom with shower and B&O tv.  The bed can convert into 2 singles.
• Bedroom 6: King sea-view double, living room, bathroom with shower, double B&O TV’s.
• Bedroom 7: King double bedroom, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, double B&O TV’s.
• Bedroom 8: King sea view double (beds can convert into 2 singles).Park view onto Alpi Apuane National Park, bathroom with view and shower, double B&O TV’s.

Five of the bedrooms can convert to twin beds, offering flexibility for those travelling with children. 

SPA & Indoor Swimming Pool

At the grand spa, the indoor swimming pool is lavishly decorated with an aquamarine statement chandelier hanging overhead, with the blue hues reminding you that you’re never far from the sea at the villa. After a dip, head to the Turkish bath or to the treatment space for a massage. For those who like a bit of action with their relaxation, there’s a fitness suite, or head to the bar and cocktail area for some Italian style wellbeing!

Private Beach:

Included in the rent is the access to Villa de Marmi’s private beach club, 100 meters walk from the villa. Guests have the exclusive use of 11 tents on the beach and the use of the club facilities such as a pool, fitness room, changing rooms, showers, bar and restaurant.It has a private fenced beach for the guests, which is especially valuable in Forte dei Marmi where public beaches are flooded with tourists during the summer. Reserved only for the villa guests and their friends, the beach offers 12 sunshade patios for cozy and relaxed sunbathing and a wide variety of water activities along with the relevant sports equipment, including water scooters. 

The beach also boasts a 24 sq meter swimming pool and gym. During the day, when the sun is too hot, guests are invited to lounge in the refreshing jacuzzi, take a walk in the beachfront gardens, or sneak into the “Amalfi style limonaia”, where you’ll find a bar offering cold drinks and snacks, and a restaurant with a stunning sea view. Needless to say, the beach provides all the necessary amenities, including showers and bathrooms. 

Private Yacht

In addition to Villa Dei Marmi and your own private beach, you can book an excursion on the villas private yacht, an elegant brand new 30 meter Pershing 9X. Accommodation for 8 sleeping guests or 12 guests during a day charter and 4 beautiful cabins including a full-beam master cabin complete with walk-in closet, along with two twin cabins and a VIP in the bow. The yacht’s crew will help choose the best route for your excurion.

Forte dei Marmi is the favourite resort of Italian celebrities, businessmen and aristocrats, offering a multitude of outdoor activities and shopping opportunities. Forte dei Marmi is known as a heaven for cyclists: cars are not allowed in the historical downtown, so most locals and tourists move around by bike. We can also arrange a personal training session with an Olympic cycling champion and  Forte dei Marmi resident. The area is also renowned for its amazing hiking, and our professional alpine guide can show you the beautiful National Park of Alpi Apuane, just few miles from the Villa, boasting waterfalls, rivers and unbelievable trails to discover.
