The estate dates back to 13th century  and was carefully reconstructed during last years maintaining the original style and tradition. Completely immersed in nature, it boasts 100 acres of land partly protected with a fence, a small lake, a huge private garden and forest, organic vegetable garden and an animal farm including more than ten horses available for riding at guests’ disposal.

Main Villa

In the main villa guests will find 12 double bedrooms equipped with flat screen TVs, Internet Wi Fi and en suite bathrooms with nice courtesy sets (9 with Jacuzzi). Most of the bedrooms boast nice sitting areas and all of them – spectacular panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. Walking along the halls and rooms of the property you will stumble upon beautifully preserved works of art.

EXTERNAL AREA

The property offers a large infinity swimming pool equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas; a sauna complete with showers and changing rooms is located just in front of the pool. In the garden you also find three smaller pools with different water temperature (cold/warm/hot) that are nicely illuminated at night time. There are different outside equipped areas available to the guests: a spacious covered patio with comfortable outside furniture, an area for al fresco dining equipped with external dining tables and chairs and an outside kitchen area with BBQ and pizza oven; the relaxing zone in front of the house with external sofas with cozy cushions,  ping pong table and a fountain.
