Borgoverde  is a cottage  completely renovated immersed in the traditional Tuscan countryside: surrounded by vineyards of the area of Montalcino, cypresses and pinewoods. The property is enclosed in an area of 10 hectares of private land, dotted by cottages, castles and small villages. By the wide panoramic park around the villa is possible to admire the nearby valley. Though the Casale is set in a quite position, activities and places to visit in the nearby area a wide number. Horse riding can be arranged in the close Farma-Merse Natural Park or in the seafront Natural Park of Uccellina, in Maremma. Thermal baths and massages: The antique Roman Baths of Petriolo (Terme di Petriolo), offer natural remedies for the skin and for rheumatic pains – or just to enjoy a relaxing day! – are at a 15 minutes drive from the property. With a 20 minutes drive you will reach the luxury Budda SPA of Bagnaia. Thanks to the villas position the guests can also take advantage of facilities such as Golf and Tennis: The splendid 18 holes golf course of the Bagnaia Resort is nearby, and the tennis courts of Paganico lies 20 minutes by car from Borgoverde. The estate covers a surface of 600 sqm divided over three units, which are built around a charming central courtyard. The central tower of the whole manor dates back to the 15° century. Each unit has beamed ceilings and antique pieces of furniture; the rought walls built up in stone and the beautiful textiles and details offers the guests a traditional Tuscan feel throughout the venue. All the bedrooms are provided with air condition. Wif-fi is throughout the property also in the external areas.

Ground Floor

The main house hosts up to 8 people. On the ground floor lies a large living room with fireplace, dining area with long table for 14 people, library and flat TV. The fully equipped kitchen is also perfect for cooking lessons, considering the large space. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the guests toilet.

First Floor

On this floor lies a beautiful drawing room with fireplace; two bedrooms, each of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has a private terrace, the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Second Floor

On the second floor lies the fourth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The guest house can accommodate up to 4 people and it’s composed of a living room with dining area and fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom. Double bedroom with direct access to the garden. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Annex Apartment

The annex has a double bedroom with fireplace, a panoramic terrace and an en-suite bathroom. It is set next to the gym with a glimpse to pool and, partially, the valley.

Swimming Pool

In the garden are lounges, a squared gazebo overlooking the valley, a panoramic swimming pool ( 6 mts x 14 mts ) equipped with sunbeds. Not far from the pool, you will find a vegetable patch that will give you the opportunity to pick fruit and vegetables just ready to be cooked. Next to the pool you will also find a gym with some brand new machines: it’s glass walls allow you to enjoy the wonderful panorama, while doing some exercises.
