The villa it is ideal for large families or friends that want to stay together but at the same time have their own privacy. Its one of the few villas in the Amalfi Coast that you can access from the street without have to climb many stairs (from the garage there is the private elevator that leads to the different floors of the villa).

Ground floor

On the ground floor, you will find the private garage (for 6 small size cars or 4 medium/large size cars). You will reach the garage from the main street. The elevator will bring you from the garage to the different floors of the villa.

First floor

The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access to a private balcony equipped with table and chairs, with a stunning view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access to a private balcony equipped with table and chairs, with a stunning view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.The first bathroom has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.The second bathroom has the hydro-massage shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway. The first kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster and other small appliances and a table and chairs for four. You will reach the kitchen from the living room. The first living room is large and bright. The furnishings include a sofa and the pool table. From the living room, you will access to a private terrace of about 35 square meters covered with transparent glass panels. The third bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the living room. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway. The third bathroom has the hydro-massage shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway. The second kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster and other small appliances and a table and chairs for four. From the kitchen, you will access a private terrace of about 20 square meters. The second living room is large and bright. The furnishings include a sofa, table and chairs. From the living room, you will access a private terrace of about 70 square meters. You will reach the living room from the hallway. The gym is large and bright. Is has different exercise equipment. You will reach the gym from the hallway. The fourth bathroom has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway (near the gym).

Second floor

The second floor is on two levels.

First level

The third living room is large and bright. The furnishings include a sofa, table and chairs. From the living room, you will access the main terrace with swimming pool. The third kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster and other small appliances and a table and chairs for four. From the kitchen, you will access the main terrace with swimming pool. The fifth bathroom has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

Second level: (you will reach the second level by stairs only)

The fifth bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access a terrace (shared with the sixth bedroom) with stunning views of the sea and Positano. The sixth bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access a terrace (shared with the fifth bedroom) with stunning views of the sea and Positano. The sixth bathroom has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool has a rectangular shape and is 6, 20 x 4, 00 meters large, from 0.30 to 1.60 meters deep. The interior of the pool consists of dowels with chromatic characteristics, among which the change of color of the water depending on the depth of the pool and of the direction of the solar rays. The Jacuzzi area has six seats with vents engaged for the massage of the lumbar spine and the vertebral column. Besides the whirlpool, the swimming pool has a drop-down water feature and a lighting consisting of six headlights of 50W. It is open from April to the beginning of November. The large terrace around the swimming pool has about 200 square meters and it is equipped with a big table and chairs for 12, benches, sun chairs and umbrellas. From the terrace, you will have a stunning view of the sea and of Positano. You will reach the terrace and the swimming pool from each floor of the villa.

Parking space is available in the private garage of the villa with space for 6 small cars or 4 medium size/large cars ) From the garage there is access through the elevator to the floors of the villa.
