Villa Barocca is the perfect place for large families or group of friends thanks to its large garden, an outside BBQ area and the eternity pool of salt water 14mx7m, with Jacuzzi. Inside the villa is modern furnished; on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an open spaced dining/living room, a laundry facilities, 3 double rooms (1 with en-suite bathroom) and a bathroom. The first floor is accessible from the outside, and offers a kitchen, a living room, 1 double room, 1 twin room, a bathroom, a laundry facilities. The large terrace is the ideal place to have dinner or just enjoy the stunning Sicilian sunset over the sea. The villa is secured with alarm system

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE
