This beautiful home, recently renovated is characterized by with great taste in airy colours, blue and white. The property has stunning views, located in a perfect location: 20-minute boat ride will take you to Positano and Sorrento and a 10-minute ride to the island of Capri, situated in front of the bay. From the property, you will have a direct access (approximately 130 stairway steps) to the sea and to a public beach, which offers a restaurant and a café (facilities are available from the beginning of April until the beginning of October). Panoramic terrace with swimming pool and private access down to public beach. The swimming pool is 4 meters large by 8 meters long, from 10 centimeters (4 inches) to 3 meters (9.8 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner, has a counter-current swimming machine and is filled with seawater. The main terraces have relaxation areas with outdoor furniture and tables for dining outside.

Ground floor:

25 steps down from the middle floor and main entrance hall leads to the ground floor consists of a dining room with ornamental fireplace and a grand piano. You will find a sitting room with exit onto a small panoramic terrace (about 20 square meters large). The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, microwave oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, there is a table to seat four guests and many other accessories.
