Everything at Villa Airone is well kept and made with plenty of thoughtful details from the beautiful hand painted tiles to the hand painted wall paper to the table service, the prestigious antique pieces of furniture etc. The villa has been entirely restored in 2017; all the bathrooms are build up in marble and many features gave been added making it out to be the perfect holiday home in Rome city center close to all the main attractions and at a short walking distance only to some of the most remarkable restaurants but still retired in a private oasis as it is surrounded not only by a private garden by immersed inside the florid greenery of the Villa Borghese.

An elegant entrance hall leads into a large living room which is divided into a lounge area with a working fireplace, sofas and a winter garden with sliding glass doors opening onto the garden where guest usually enjoy breakfast; The winter garden has hand painted walls and ceilings and making you feel almost like you are out in the beautiful nature; adjacent lies a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, micro oven. 6 gas stoves, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has a secondary entrance. Toilet and wardrobe.

23 steps lead up to the first floor, which consists in a beautiful sleeping area; some of the bedrooms open onto a private terrace which faces the garden. Twin bedroom with ceramic tiled floor ( Yellow ); access onto the terrace. En-suite bath with large shower. Double bedroom with white and blue tiled floor; access onto the terrace. En-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Walk in closet. The paved terrace is equipped with a glass toped table, 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs.

Private bath with shower; 10 steps up. Mezzanine room with three single beds ideal for children or teenagers or even adults if they can adapt. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

17 steps ups lies the last bedroom of this elegant villa; Twin beds, parquet floor. En-suite bath with large shower box.

Villa Airone is completely independent and reserved inside a historic dwelling dating back to the 50ties, inside Villa Borghese and surrounded by an exclusive private garden overlooking the roof tops of Rome city center. The villa is arranged on three levels for a total of 380 square meters. The villa has been entirely restored in 2017.
