Casina Rosa perched elegantly at the top of a long private drive, is located in a rural area surrounded by vast woodlands.  Offering extraordinary panorama of vineyards and cypress trees typical to this Tuscan classic hilly area, private estates, rustic farmhouses, and small villages of extraordinary charm overlook the distant Tuscan hills and the undulating countryside, which has always had profound agricultural significance. The nearby medieval town of Figline Val D’Arno was known as the “Barn of Florence” for its abundant corn supplies: Wine, olive oil, peaches, & cherries have been growing here for centuries.

Ground Floor

Entrance through a wooden door, which leads immediately into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with four burners, an oven, refrigerator, fireplace, and a large window overlooking the garden outside.  On the right of the kitchen is a small laundry room, while on the left lies the ample living room with a fireplace and a Satellite TV. Large sofas, a low table, and chairs complete the furnishing in the room. Three windows overlook the garden and a staircase (16 steps) leads to the bedroom on the first floor.

First Floor

The first floor has a series of large windows, which to one side overlooks Villa Chantal and on the other,a direct view onto the garden, located behind the house.  The garden and Jacuzzi can be accessed from the balcony of the rooms. There are three bedrooms (2 doubles and one single room) of which a double and the single room share a bathroom.  The 3rd bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. 

• Double bedroom with a gray headboard, a large wardrobe, a desk, and classic furniture. A large window overlooks the villa on one side, and the window opens out onto the lawn, on the other.
• Single bedroom with wood headboard. Shared bathroom with a double sink and a freestanding bathtub and shower stall.
• Double room with a white headboard, desk with a mirror and closet and views to the first floor on one side and the ground floor on the other. En-suite bathroom with double sink with freestanding bath tub and shower.
