Standing on the little balcony of the Stanza del Papa (The Master bedroom) and watching passersby taking an evening stroll in front of the delightful Fountain of the Four Rivers, by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, feels like falling through time. Anyone who looks up at the façade of the baroque Palazzo Pamphilj, which was built by Pope Innocent X in the seventeenth century as a symbol of his family’s power, can’t help but be taken aback by the splendor of this architectural masterpiece. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
Upon arrival, guests are required to leave a valid credit card with a residual validity of 6 months for any damages or extra charges. Any loss or damage to the property, its fixtures or fittings will be charged to the guest’s credit card by Navona Luxury Apartment. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Navona Luxury Apartment. Guests must leave the premises in the same condition as those found upon checked in.
VILLA POLICIES:
• CHECK IN: from 3:00pm until 9:00pm
• CHECK OUT: from 6:00am until 11:00am
• Any loss or damage to the property, its fixtures or fittings, will be deducted by the Navona Luxury Apartment from the security deposit.
• The Client is responsible for any damages exceeding the amount of the security deposit.
• Utilities or services may be deducted from the security deposit.
• Prior to departure, it is the Client’s responsibility to obtain an accounting of the deposit and collect the unused portion.
• The access to the whirlpool is denied to any children younger than age 10 or lower without the adult supervision.
• The Navona Luxury Apartment Staff reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Navona Luxury Apartment we must refund all money paid.
• Only our staff/chef may enter and use the service kitchen (back office) closed behind the dining area.
• The induction plate within the dining area may be used for light cooking as may the kitchenette with the microwave.
• The Navona Luxury Apartment is a no-smoking house.
• No pets can stay at the venue. In exceptional cases pets may be authorized. Rules must be followed strictly.
• For the final cleaning of the house we will ask to pay an extra of 250 Euro
• If any rule is not followed, the property has the right to terminate the rental contract immediately without refund.
