From Villa Rosaria, a few steps will take to the nearest hamlet, where its’ possible to find restaurants specializing in local cuisine; the nearest grocery store is about 500 mters away.

LOCATION:

Massa Lubrense is about 2.5 Km away. Furthermore, the property is located close to the Amalfi Coast, which offers the most superb panoramas, where the Sea is easily accessible. Easily reachable from the villa is Marina del Cantone a former fisherman’s village, beyond Nerano. Positano is about 18 km away. Sorrento and the port are about 10 km away; from here it’s possible to take boat trips or take a Jet boat and reach both Naples and Capri.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Villa Rosaria has a beautiful garden that surrounds the entire property, there is also a swimming pool, where the guests can relax. The entrance has a beautiful pergola set up with a table and chairs; over there, it is possible to enjoy the sunset while enjoying al fresco dinners overlooking the Sea. Inside there is a binding style with antique furniture and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, the area is also equipped with Sat-TV, stereo with CD player, Wi-fi, safe and laundry with washing machine. All rooms have air conditioning ( Main villa and Annex).

Ground Floor:

The ground floor of Villa Rosaria is accessible by a panoramic garden. At the entrance there is the living room with fireplace leading to a dining room with a large well equipped built in kitchen. At the same floor there is a bathroom with wash-basin, a laundry and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The bathroom is also accessible from outside. A single bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower is located at the same area.

First Floor:

On the first floor, there are other two bedrooms with panoramic Sea view with en-suite bathroom and shower. There is a living room with fireplace where the guests can relax; in the same room there is a sofa bed, one bathroom with shower and bathtub and access to the rear of the garden.

Ground Floor (Annex):

At the private dependence, there is a living room with fireplace leading to a panoramic terrace, a kitchen corner, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.

Swimming Pool:

Villa Rosaria is equipped with a heatable swimming pool ( 6 meters long x 3 meters wide x 1.40/1.60 meters deep)

Access & Parking:

The villa provides its guest with a parking area for two cars. SUV or minivans can be parched along the private road adjacent to the villa.
