Masseria La Daria is a stunning villa what was once a village flower market, that has been transformed into a luxurious and beautifully designed location. A meticulous restoration has created a charming place, filled inside and outside with the best Belgian contemporary design.The outdoor is dominated by a spectacular swimming pool, furnished with multiple sun loungers, comfortable day beds and large shaded dining terrace, surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation, creating a dreaming atmosphere.The masseria is located near the vineyards of a smaller village, the magnificent beaches and the crystal clear waters of Porto Cesareo, the baroque city of Lecce, Ostuni, also called “La città Bianca” due to the picturesque white stone houses and churches. Conquered by many different ancient civilizations – Greeks, Romans, Turks, Franks, Normans, Swabians, Angevins and Bourbons – Puglia treasures an impressive collection of castles, great artistic and cultural heritage, and important archaeological sites.

Ground Floor

Inside the villa the stile perfectly complements the contemporary design and the authentic beauty of the old building. There are three living and dining areas, where the feeling of space and light is enhanced by the high, vaulted ceilings, hand-polished limestone walls, and travertine marble floors. The feeling of luxury continues to the bedrooms, which all feature king size beds, satellite tv and spacious en-suite bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms also have a single bed, perfect for families and some of these have direct garden access.

Tower Unit

The Masseria also has an “tower room”, is a room on its own, located in the tower next to the pool, with a terrazzo bath, the perfect hide out for the trendiest people in your party. The villa is a true mixture of comfort and design, bringing luxury to the next level of hospitality and it’s the ideal property for a luxury getaway with a group of family and friend.

First Floor

At the first floor there is an old wine cellar converted into a breathtaking SPA with an indoor heated jacuzzi, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a vertical massage showerthat operates as a massage center. The ideal place where to chill out after a long day exploring the beautiful region of Puglia.

Swimming Pool

The huge swimming pool surrounded Mediterranean vegetation is furnished with loungers, deck umbrellas, lanterns beneath tall pall trees, armchairs and a branch table in a relaxed setting. Allowing adults to relax as the children enjoy the pool, there is a lifeguard on duty throughout the day.  Outdoor swimming pool is    540 square meters; from 0,20 cm to 2,70 meters deep.

The villa has a private large parking area within the entrance gate with space for up to 25 cars.
