PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Common areas 

This wide Tuscan estate is the result of the restoration work of an ancient monastery. The living ambiences spread over a surface of 8000 sq. mt paying particular attention to the environment. In fact, the materials used for the refurbishment are completely eco-friendly. The interiors are finely restored as well as the infinity swimming pool, offering stunning views over the Tuscan Archipelago.  The property may accommodate large families or group up to 18 guests. All bedrooms and suites are fully air-conditioned and feature large and comfortable beds which are king size or larger. The main sitting room boasts original high ceilings and a professional fully equipped kitchen including a wood-fired oven. Guests may use the vegetables from the organic garden and citrus fruits from the lemon grove and orangery. The common dining room may host up to 40 guests and the wine cellar is packed with high quality, home produced wines and award-winning, cold-pressed organic olive oils from the estate.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM

The Master Suite:  This enchanting suite features a complete view of the surrounding hillsides. The suite spreads over two different levels with a bedroom, extra-large bed and a romantic fireplace on the top floor and luxurious bathroom with fireplace on the lower floor.  

Both floors of the suite offer a 64 sq. mt surface and the ambiences are fully air-conditioned. The bedroom boats a magnificent with the Giglio Island on the horizon.  

The suite gives the direct access to the spa, massage space, sitting room and kitchen. As addition, it has a roof terrace at disposal.  

Montecristo Suite:  This 64 sq. mt suite is divided into 2 different floors and offers 9-metre-high ceilings on both levels and two bathrooms. The king size bedroom lies on the lower and is furnished with fireplace and a bathroom with a bath pool and a shower. The top floor enjoys a sitting room, a second bathroom and roof deck.

Elba Suite:  This is another amazing 64 sq. mt. suite, divided into two-floors. The bathroom and sitting room on the lower floor while the bedroom with a king size bed and roof deck lie on the top floor.

Capraia Bedroom: This 90 sq. mt. luxurious bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, fireplace, bathroom and roof deck.

Ancient Stable Suite. It is a two-bedroom suite set in the location which hosted in the past age manor stables. It is composed of a 45 sq. mt. double bedroom with king size bed and a fireplace and a second twin room. This room has a wide bathroom with a handmade bath and shower.

Yard Bedroom: This open-plan room spreads over an internal surface of 80 sq. mt.  and features three king size beds, a 40 sq. mt. bathroom with two showers. The outside space boasts a 45 sq. mt. private terrace.

Swimming Pool

The heated, salt-water, infinity swimming pool, with its 30 mt long is the right spot to enjoy breathtaking views over the islands of Giglio and Montecristo. The furnished poolside area and the nearby spa (with jacuzzi, steam room, massage area and a sitting room) at are guests’ disposal for relaxing moments. There is also a dedicated yoga area offering various gym facilities.

• All detailed accounting of the food and beverage expenses will be given to the guests at their arrival and follow up for these expenses will be done at the end of each week
• Copy of passport and permanent home address of each guests to be provided prior to check in.
• Cellphone signal may be intermittent as the property is located in a remote area
