Villa Orciana lies in a strategical position in the area of Val D’Orcia close to Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia with a glimpse to Montalcino. Villa Orciana is a very charming “casa privata” in the beautiful countryside of Val d’Orcia, from which it takes its name; comfortable and spacious this villa is just the perfect venue for a large family with children or a group of friends. Villa Orciana has a fantastic swimming pool. The villa is perfectly furnished in a traditional Tuscan style. The property is separated in two parts under the same roof! 

Ground Floor

A varm big romantic living room where you can find a delightful fireplace and colour washed walls. Tuscan teracotta gives to this large dining room a traditional Tuscan atmosphere. A double room, which can also be converted into a twin room, bathroom and direct access to the pool. Comfortable sofas and two nice armchairs. Next to this room there is a single room with a private bathroom and big shower. Double bedroom with private bath.

The living room has access to the large kitchen. Each part of Villa D’Orcia has its own Tuscan style kitchen, fully furnished, its own big living room.

First Floor

Two big double bedrooms, one with the double showers and one with a Jacuzzi tub. Other two double bedrooms each with private bathroom.

Swimming Pool

A 24 meters pool offers its guests to enjoy a relaxing bath or have fun with friends and family. There is a 6 meters pool indoor. The pool is with sodium chloride, which is very gentle and suitable for kids or guests with sensitive skin. The pool facilities also include a half bathroom. The pool is open all year round.

Access & Parking

1 km dirt road is available to reach the villa, accessible for the well-travelled also with sport cars. Private car park on site.
