Mona Larsen was born and raised in Denmark, and as a child, travelled regularly to Italy with her family. At the young age of 15 she began to transform her deep passion for Italy into her future profession. Her first job was at ENIT’s (Italy’s national tourism board) office in Copenhagen in the Summer. At 19, she moved to Naples and then to Salerno, where she studied Tourism for 3 years. During her first years in Italy, Mona worked as a tour leader for Americans, Germans and Italians to the archeological sites and other popular destinations in the Campania Region, like Pompeii, Paestum, Capri and the Amalfi Coast, she then joined local travel agencies in various different roles. Over the years Mona have achieved a 360° perspective of the travel business, particularly in Italy. She is an expert in many aspects of our business ranging from educational and youth travel to customized group itinerary design, property management, FIT itineraries, flight arrangement, and even the outgoing market.
Mona’s meeting with Seth Snider in 2000 was a life-changer giving her the opportunity to build something truly unique from the ground up. She is proud to be part of a company which has provided invaluable professional opportunities for a talented team of young travel professionals in Italy. She speaks Italian, Danish, English and German.
