Villa Martina is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa located right onthe Como Lake. You will be in the center of Calozzo the seaside village that is part of Pianello del Lario. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters, shallow pebble beach is next to the villa. You can also explore the lake by bike, a cycle lane about 1,5 km long starts directly outside the villa. Five minutes’ walk away are tennis courts, the courts can be booked there directly at the Bar dello Sport. The sailing school is a 200 m. away. Only a few minutes away on foot are a pizzeria, a bakery, an alimentary (small grocery store) and a newsagent’s. The next supermarket is about 1 km away.

Surrounded by a beautifully kept, flat, single level garden that offer private access to a little beach. The heated swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. (The swimming pool can be covered by a telescopic pool enclosure) equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
