Villa Melia is a building that dates back to the beginning of the 1700’s. The villa was part of a residential complex and was originally a structure that housed a Jesuit convent. The Villa is surrounded by lush greenery and is a perfect solution for those seeking to relax, privacy, and an Italian style holiday that offers a charming and picturesque place that transmits tranquility. Villa Melia can accommodate up to 14 guests spread over four levels and connected by stairs and an elevator inside. Guests can enjoy Satellite TV, WI-FI, and air conditioning/heating throughout the entire Villa.  There is also space to park a rental car. The Villa is furnished with style and attention to detail. Majolica characterizes the entire villa and finished wood furniture gives warmth and welcome.  The local handicrafts fully reflect the typical style of the Sorrento coast, famous throughout the world for its beauty.

Ground Floor (Entrance Level)

The ground floor boasts a large kitchen, dining room, ½ bath, and a paved garden equipped with tables, chairs, sofas, and a pizza oven used to great Neapolitan pizzas.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower Ground Floor of the Villa is a large area equipped with a table and chairs, a bar, a living room with sofas & tables, and a large screen with video projector, two bathrooms and a laundry room.

First Floor

On the First floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and 2 double bedrooms, served by a single outdoor bathroom with shower. On this level there is the access to the sun terrace, overlooking the garden and with a comfortable table for outdoor dining.

Second Floor

On the Second Floor there is 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds both served by a single bathroom with shower. This floor can be almost independent as it boasts a laundry room, a kitchenette, and a lounge area leading onto a large, panoramic terrace with a beach umbrella, shower, and sunbeds.

The villa has a private parking area in front of the property with space for 1 regular sized car.
