Villa Floridiana is immersed in the countryside high on the cliff top of the peninsula, and offers visual domination of the entire Sorrento Coast and the islands offshore from both its terraces and garden. Ground Floor:

A 60 sq. meter (645 sq. feet) suite with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi. Pieces of antique furniture, such as dressers and a vanity with mirror, abound. A window with sea views and French windows opening out onto the garden. Large en-suite marble bathroom with both hydro-massage bathtub and larger marble shower with doors opening directly out onto the garden. Reading room and corner with desk and portable computer. Second living room with double sofa bed; large flat screen TV. Pieces of antique furniture keep the classical style throughout the villa. Two ½ baths in majolica tiles. Access from the living room into the dining room, which is perfect for parties, cooking classes, dinner parties, or simply for a delicious breakfast. The dining room is a patio with glass walls leading directly out onto the garden. Beautiful kitchen with hand painted tiles; professionally equipped kitchen, able to serve a larger party with refrigerator/freezer anddouble sink. The villa’s exclusive kitchen spaces were studied and executed by one of the areas well known Michelin star Chefs and his staff.

First Floor:

The first floor, consisting of an exclusive apartment of 70 sq. meters (755 sq. feet), is perfect for anywhere from 2 – 5 people. The first floor is located up a flight of 14 steps, giving immediate access to a living room with antique furniture, sofas, large flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi; ideal place to enjoy your vacation with your family and friends. A window and French balcony opens onto the garden. A glass wall opens out onto the terrace overlooking the garden and the sea, mixing seemingly into the surrounding scenery. Large walk-in closet. Beautifully furnished Suite with a double bed and access to the terrace. Private bathroom with hand painted tiles and shower.

Third Floor:

Suite for 2, with access to a terrace. Private bath with shower. The pool area is located next to a majestic staircase bordering the main house. The external dining area, perfect for Al Fresco dining, is located next to the pool (11 x 5 x 1.8o meters). The external dining area, located under a wooden patio, boasts a ceramic dining table for 10, while the pool deck is surrounded by chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. The external area boasts further kitchen facilities such with a refrigerator, sink, barbeque, and pizza oven. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi, Sauna, and dependence with gym equipment (stationary bike and treadmill). The garden/pool area also enjoys a bathroom.
