Everything at Villa Donatella is well kept and made with plenty of thoughtful details from the beautiful hand painted tiles to the hand painted wall paper to the table service, the prestigious antique pieces of furniture etc. The villa has been entirely restored in 2013; all the bathrooms are build up in marble and many features gave been added making it out to be the perfect holiday home in Rome city center close to all the main attractions and at a short walking distance only to some of the most remarkable restaurants but still retired in a private oasis as it is surrounded not only by a private garden by immersed inside the florid greenery of the Villa Borghese.

Ground Floor

The living area lies up two steps from the main entrance and a sliding glass door open onto a paved terrace space furnished with a marble topped table, 6 chairs and a bench, which offers a stunning panoramic view over Rome’s roof tops with a glimpse to the St. Peters Church. The living and dining room are tastefully furnished with high quality furniture; Two sofas and a glass topped table. Large flat screen TV. Working fireplace. Small but fully equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the garden;  Double room with parquet floor and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Floor Below

15 steps down leads to the sleeping area consisting in a twin bedded room separate from corridor of this floor by a sliding door; en-suite bath with shower ( when this room is not used as a bedroom, then it can be used as a second living area ); Second twin bedded room with private bathroom with tub. The house also hosts a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Mezzanine Floor

1 step up lies a small bathroom with a wall shower, 5 steps further up lies a mezzanine with a French bed; small window. This room has a low ceiling
